There are times in life when we all feel "stuck" and can do with a bit of help to get back on our feet – to get well on our way

About sue
Sue Bartho has been trained in cognitive behaviour therapy, but has been influenced by solution-focused and emotionally-focused ideas. Her conviction is that how we think and feel about our core sense of self will influence every aspect of our lives.
She is a spiritually sensitive therapist, who believes that we benefit from being connected, not only with ourselves and our loved ones, but also with God.
Whether you want one session for some direction, ideas or assessment; or a few more to learn new skills in symptom management; or a longer process to deal with deeper emotional issues – the choice is yours!
